Terms and Conditions

• All students must complete registration forms and provide accurate contact information before participating in any class.
• Payment for classes, memberships, or services is required prior to participation.
• All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• The studio reserves the right to adjust prices, schedules, or services with notice.

• Memberships and class passes are valid only for the individual who purchased them and cannot be transferred or shared.
• Expiration dates must be respected; extensions are granted only at the studio’s discretion.
• Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.

• No refunds are offered for missed classes or unused membership periods.
• The studio may allow class make-ups or account credits when possible but is not obligated to do so.
• In the event the studio must cancel a class, we will provide a substitute class, instructor, or credit when appropriate.

• Arrive on time and treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect.
• Proper attire and footwear must be worn for safety and comfort.
• No disruptive behavior will be tolerated; the studio may remove any participant who violates policies.
• Please silence mobile devices during class.

• By participating in any class or activity, you acknowledge that dance involves physical movement and assumes certain risks.
• You agree to notify instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.
• The studio is not responsible for injuries that may occur during classes, workshops, or events.
• Students participate at their own risk and may be required to sign a liability waiver.

• Keep personal belongings in designated areas; the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Food and beverages (other than water) are not allowed in dance studios unless approved.
• Children must be supervised when not in class.

• The studio may take photos or videos of classes, events, and showcases for promotional purposes.
• By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you request otherwise in writing.

• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
• The studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships due to violations of conduct policies.

• Class schedules, instructors, and programming may change at any time.
• We will make every effort to communicate updates in a timely manner.

By enrolling, attending classes, or entering the studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. The studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
